Macy is a Brooklyn based film editor with experience in narrative, music video, commercial, and UGC/Social edits. After relocating from Austin in 2017, she held a myriad of production roles (including a brief stint writing for WWE… it’s a long story) before moving over to post. She got acquainted with Premiere Pro only through happenstance, but soon found herself losing entire days to the buzz of learning new editing skills.

Patient, intentional, suspense building narrative material or comedic timing mixed with imaginative choices — Macy enjoys dabbling in it all. A self-proclaimed Big Nerd, when not editing, you can catch her playing Dungeons & Dragons, training for a marathon, or experimenting with whatever craft she’s into at the moment (currently cyanotype printing).
